Shipping

We are currently shipping within the United States only. We will consider international shipping on a case by case basis. Please contact us for international shipping request by emailing customerservice@wonderlandgiftbar.com.

All Items that are in-stock will be shipped via UPS ground, unless specified otherwise at check out. Expedited shipping is available upon request. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email. Over sized packages are subject to additional shipping charges
Orders are subject to delay in the event that the item/items you have ordered are out of stock. You will immediately by notified if this is the case.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation and a tracking number via email.

United States Shipping Times

Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 business days
Second Day Shipping - within 2 business days
Next Day Shipping - within 1 business day

United States Shipping Rates - based on total purchase amount

up to $50 - shipping is $10
$51- $100 - shipping is $12
$101-$150 - shipping is $14
$151+ - shipping is $16

Please note that their will be an additional $25 shipping charge for oversized packages.

Returns

Wonderland Gift Bar wants you to be happy with your purchases and your shopping experience. In the event that you are unsatisfied with an item and would like to return or exchange it, the item/items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns or exchanges must be claimed within 15 business days of delivery. We will provide you with a refund in the form of your original payment. Gifts may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY. In the case of a defective item, please email customerservice@wonderlandgiftbar.com and include description of damage and a photo of the damaged merchandise. This claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Sale or closeout items are final sale and not subject to returns or exchanges. Gift recipients may return in exchange for products of equal value or your gift may be put towards the purchase of a product of greater value.  If the exchange is for a product of lesser value, the gift recipient will receive a store credit for the remainder of the cost.  We do not refund shipping costs or provide shipping for returns.  All products must be in original form; unopened and not used.   Before you return a product, please email customerservice@wonderlandgiftbar.com with a copy of the emailed invoice (or name of person who purchased the gift) and identify the product you wish to return.

Damages

All damage claims much be received within 48 hours of receiving the order.  Please save all packaging and include a photo of the damaged merchandise. Please send all the above information via email to customerservice@childrenswonderland.com to file a claim.
